Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (BST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Fridays are dispatched the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order at any time from the Order Status page.
During sale events or festive seasons, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Packaging
Every AVALEAN order arrives in our signature packaging — a branded jewellery box, wrapped in tissue and placed in an AVALEAN envelope. Your piece arrives ready to gift.
If you've added gift wrapping at checkout, an additional handwritten gift message card will be included.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive it, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts. If delivery still fails, the parcel will be returned to us.
In this case, please contact us and we will arrange a re-delivery. Additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.
