Message us on Messenger with your order ID and the reason for your return within 7 days of delivery.
Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging. We'll send you the return address. Ship via any trusted courier.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

- ✕Items purchased during final sale events
- ✕Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- ✕Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you paid via bKash or Nagad, the refund will be sent to the same mobile number used at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the exchange item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference.
Exchange items are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your return. Free shipping applies on the exchange delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
